LIFE BY THE LUGGAGE - 5 Days

Our Commitment: Through our minimalist living program, we are committed to guiding you on a self transformative journey towards simplicity and intentionality. We empower you to declutter your life—both physically and emotionally—so you can cultivate lasting clarity, purpose, and fulfillment.

Locations :  France, Spain, Itlay and India . Our program is offered twice a year in both Spain and India. You can choose your preferred location and align it with your travel plans for a transformative experience.


Target Audience: 

The program is designed to cater to a diverse group of individuals over 25 years of age, all genders who are seeking to simplify their lives and focus on what truly matters. This includes busy professionals overwhelmed by their hectic schedules, empty nesters looking to find new purpose in their lives, and those going through significant life transitions such as retirement, divorce, or career shifts. Additionally, the program is ideal for people feeling bogged down by physical or mental clutter and seeking a fresh start. 


Program Fee:  

Fee  includes program delivery fee, program materials, accomodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee, dinner), site visits, airport  or train station pickup- drop. 



Program Outline :

The program is a mix of education and travel, which is why we call it an "eduventure." The classroom sessions run from 8 AM to 2 PM, Post-lunch, from 2 PM onwards, we organize site visits to the main attractions of the city where the program is held.   This schedule ensures you ample free time in the evening to explore local streets, connect with yourself and nature, and reflect on the day's experiences. The objective is to achieve both learning and travel, so you don't miss out on either. Additionally, you will have the amazing company of fellow participants, making this program even more special. 


Program Highlights:

 

Day 1: Introduction to Minimalism and Decluttering 

You will learn the core principles of minimalism and its benefits while reflecting on your lifestyle, identify areas for simplification, and understand practical strategies for decluttering physical and emotional spaces, including managing toxic relationships. You will explore techniques for reducing digital clutter and participate in a hands-on decluttering activity. This foundation will help you achieve greater focus and clarity in life and work.


Day 2: Theories and Models for Minimalist Living

you will understand the Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule) to focus on the most valuable 20% of your activities and relationships. Learn the Laws of Simplicity to reduce clutter and organize efficiently. Explore emotional decluttering by developing emotional intelligence, setting boundaries, and fostering positive relationships. These skills will streamline your efforts toward meaningful pursuits, enhancing productivity.


Day 3: Self-Care and Sustainable Habits

Discover the importance of self-care in maintaining balance and well-being within a minimalist lifestyle. Learn self-care routines, stress management techniques, and design a self-care plan. Integrate minimalist principles into daily routines, adopt eco-friendly practices, and make intentional choices about consumption. Prioritizing self-care and sustainable habits will foster long-term professional growth.


Day 4: Mindfulness and Goal Setting 

Cultivate mindfulness through meditation, breathing exercises, and journaling. Share experiences and participate in group discussions. Identify and prioritize life goals aligned with minimalist values using SMART goals and the Eisenhower Matrix. Engage in vision board creation and long-term planning. These practices will help you set clear, achievable professional goals.


Day 5: Time Management, Financial Minimalism, and Social Engagement 

Optimize your time and energy with time-blocking techniques. Learn about financial minimalism, mindful spending, budgeting, and investment basics to achieve financial freedom. Develop a personal financial plan. Build meaningful connections through volunteering, joining minimalist communities, and engaging in value-aligned social activities. Effective time and financial management are critical for career success.

Learn to maintain minimalism in various life aspects, including home, work, and relationships. Reflect on the week’s learnings and personal growth in group discussions.

Post program we organise virtual biweekly calls for 3 months to provide  a platform for participants to share their achievements and seek advice.

Also share resource reegularly such as useful articles, videos, and tools relevant to the skills learned.
